Job summary

Wellington Management is seeking a Client Invoicing and Reporting Co-op to support the Revenue and Invoicing team in calculating quarterly management fee invoices and compiling billing data for internal and external reporting.

The role involves handling sensitive information, collaborating with the Client Group and Investment Products & Fund Services teams, and contributing to process improvements in a cross‑functional finance environment.

Qualifications

• Previous related work experience or Co-op experience is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced grasp of common business mathematics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness and enthusiasm to learn on the job.
• Ability to multi‑task and balance competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and review management fee invoices and supporting documents related to the calculation of fees.
• Collaborate with Client Group teams by calculating, presenting and providing data for client reporting.
• Participate in off‑cycle projects to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Ad hoc requests from internal and external constituents.
