Job summary

PTC seeks a Revenue Accounting Director to join the Global Revenue Assurance team. Reporting to the VP, this role blends technical revenue accounting with cross-functional partnership to support growth and evolution in a global software company.

You will work with Finance, Sales, Legal, Product, and Revenue Operations to ensure revenue accounting is integrated into initiatives while maintaining ASC 606 compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Active CPA license.
• 8+ years of experience in public accounting and/or revenue accounting.
• Experience with ASC 606 and revenue recognition in software or SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on revenue recognition; guide complex transactions.
• Develop, implement and maintain revenue accounting policies in ASC 606.
• Draft technical memos and analyses related to revenue recognition.
• Review accounting implications of new product offerings and pricing.
