• ASA/FSA or equivalent actuarial designation.
• Progressive experience in pension/retirement programs.
• Deep expertise in defined benefit valuation, funding, and accounting.
• Experience with multi-country retirement programs and governance.
• Experience overseeing external actuarial consultants.

Aufgaben

• Lead retirement plan integration activities with external advisors and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain governance framework for global retirement plans.
• Oversee pension funding, forecasting, and liquidity planning.
• Monitor investment strategy, asset allocation, and plan risks.
• Ensure compliance with legal, tax, accounting, and fiduciary requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, Tax, and regional teams.
