Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Webster, TX is seeking a Customer Service and Sales Associate to deliver exceptional service, process orders, assist with financing, and help reach sales targets in a retail setting.

Eligible candidates should be legally authorized to work in the US, 18+, with a high school diploma and 1 year of customer service or sales experience; lifting up to 25 lbs may be required. Competitive benefits and PTO offered.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, following cash handling protocols.
• Assist customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, aligned to KPIs and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
