Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a motivated Retail Customer Service Associate for our Wells, Texas location. The role focuses on delivering outstanding service, processing sales transactions accurately and supporting customers with financing queries.

You will contribute to hitting sales targets while maintaining cash handling standards. Candidates should be 18+ with a US work authorization and preferably a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
