Job summary

Apple Inc. in Sunnyvale, CA, seeks a World Wide Retail Store and Online Operations (WWRFO) Planner to drive supply and demand plans supporting Retail and Online metrics. You will partner with Operations, Retail Finance, and Retail Merchandising to align strategies and ensure global consistency across regions.

The role requires 6+ years in product planning or supply chain, strong Excel skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience required.
• MBA/Masters degree in a related field preferred.
• 6+ years in product planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, or supply chain management."
• Strong analytical, leadership, and business acumen; great communication in a matrix org.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage supply and demand plans for Retail inventory and Online metrics.
• Partner with Operations Partners, Retail Finance, and Retail Merchandising to align supply and demand strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Regional RFO partners to implement World Wide strategies.
• Maintain Retail store inventory levels to achieve in-stock and service level goals.
• Lead NPI and End of Life strategies for RFO and communicate inventory risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with Retail Merchandising/Finance & Readiness on NPI & EOL strategies.
• Perform scenario planning and decision support for supply constraints, demand changes, and inventory imbalances.
• Synthesize complex supply, demand, and inventory data into clear insights for Senior/Executive management.
