Job summary

AppleCare Business Operations team seeks a Worldwide Demand Planner to manage forecasting and planning for part of AppleCare. You will analyze large data sets, identify trends, and communicate forecast impacts to internal customers.

This role requires strong analytics, project management, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver cost-effective supply chain solutions and improved customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree.
• Minimum of 5 years in a service, manufacturing, logistics operations or equivalent.
• Experience in forecasting or planning.
• Adept at merging data from multiple sources to draw conclusions.
• Expertise in creating reports and analytics dashboards in Tableau.
• Programming skills in SQL and Python or R.

Responsibilities

• Make sound planning decisions and support them with data-driven analysis.
• Lead standardization of deliverables and ensure commitments are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Procurement, Channels, Readiness, Capacity Planning, and Supply Planning.
