The LEGO Group is seeking a Construction and Project Management professional to lead store build outs, remodels, and refurbishments across North America from Boston, MA. You will coordinate budgets, timelines, and cross-functional communication with internal teams and external partners.

You will drive global alignment, manage vendors, and contribute to process improvements while supporting the hybrid work model and LEGO’s workplace benefits.

Competenze

• Experience in the delivery of retail construction, project management, or business development.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects/tasks at one time.
• Global experience or work for an international company.
• Highly effective negotiation skills, good social skills and a strong collaborator.
• Track record of working with top level partners, including presentation skills and professional behavior.
• Ability to understand drawings/blueprints, as-built drawings and shop drawings.
• Willingness to travel (on average once per month).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project); CAD/PDF experience.

• Coordinate day to day processes of delivering, streamlining, efficiency and cost control of store build outs, remodels and refurbishments across North America.
• Lead global construction meetings and align with internal partners for visibility of all projects.
• Own budget planning, tracking and recap; ensure timely status updates and issue escalation.
• Drive supplier/vendor relationships and contract negotiations to meet timelines and budgets.
