Job summary

LEGO Group in Boston is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead store buildouts, refurbishments and remodels across North America, coordinating budgets, timelines and cross‑functional teams.

You will partner with Global Retail, Finance and external vendors to ensure cost control, quality, and on‑time delivery, with monthly travel as needed.

This role supports USA operations, defines streamlined processes, and drives continuous improvement in store development and coordination with partners.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering retail construction or project management projects.
• Global/international project experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel on average once per month.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day processes of delivering, streamlining, efficiency and cost control of store build outs across North America.
• Own budget tracking, reconciliation and recap for current and up-to-date status with stakeholders.
• Lead external vendors to meet timelines and achieve store project milestones (new stores, refits, relocations, remodels).
• Collaborate with Global teams to align processes and manage information flow between partners.
