Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in global responsible sourcing, human rights, environmental risk, or supply chain sustainability.
• Recognized expertise in human rights due diligence, labor rights, and environmental risk within complex global supply chains.
• Experience operating in high-risk geographies and managing complex multi-tier supplier environments.
• Track record handling sensitive investigations, escalations, and remediation of high-risk issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead global human rights and environmental risk management across the supply chain, designing and executing due diligence frameworks.
• Oversee investigation, escalation, and resolution of complex, high-risk issues including labor rights violations.
• Embed and enforce responsible sourcing standards across sourcing, product development, and operations.
• Translate regulatory expectations into actionable operating models and strategies.
• Engage external stakeholders and lead a global team of professionals.
• Ensure audit-ready disclosures and governance related to human rights and environmental performance.
