Crowe in the United States seeks a Head of Global Resource Management to lead the design and evolution of our future-state operating model. This leader will align talent, skills, and delivery locations with demand, improving utilization and client service.

You will partner with executive leadership, HR, Talent, RevOps, IT, FP&A, and BU/DU leaders to advance coordinated approaches that support Crowe's strategy and growth. This role offers broad visibility and impact across the firm.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in resource management, workforce planning, or related field.
• Global professional-services experience across multiple geographies.
• Experience building and transforming operating models for resource management.
• Strong forecasting, staffing, and profitability judgment.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional leaders.
• Education: BA; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advance resource management operating model with governance, roles, and standards.
• Lead demand and capacity planning with BU/DU leaders, RevOps, and Finance.
• Improve utilization and delivery economics across regions and teams.
• Integrate India talent into engagements to expand global delivery.
• Promote One Crowe collaboration across BUs, DUs, and geographies.
• Build an integrated workforce plan with HR, Talent, FP&A, and Recruiting.
• Modernize processes with data, Lean, and AI to improve visibility.
