Qualifications

• 15+ years in resource management or related field.
• Experience leading resource management in a global professional-services firm.
• Experience building or transforming operating models.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and utilization oversight skills.
• Experience with India/global delivery and offshore/onshore collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Advance resource management operating model across enterprise, BU, DU, and geographies.
• Lead demand and capacity planning with finance and RevOps to forecast capacity gaps.
• Improve utilization and delivery economics through differentiated expectations and staffing mix.
• Integrate India talent into engagements to expand global delivery capabilities.
• Promote alignment and knowledge sharing across Crowe’s geographies and business units.
• Develop workforce planning, dashboards, and executive reporting to enable data-driven decisions.
