Crowe is seeking a Head of Global Resource Management in the United States to lead a future-state operating model for optimal staffing, utilization, and global delivery. You will partner with executive leadership, HR, Talent, IT, and RevOps to align capabilities with demand, finance, and growth strategy.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in resource management within a global professional-services firm, with strong forecasting, governance, and cross-border collaboration skills.

Formación

• 15+ years in resource management or related field.
• Experience leading resource management in a global professional-services firm.
• Experience building or transforming operating models.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and utilization oversight skills.
• Experience with India/global delivery and offshore/onshore collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Advance resource management operating model across enterprise, BU, DU, and geographies.
• Lead demand and capacity planning with finance and RevOps to forecast capacity gaps.
• Improve utilization and delivery economics through differentiated expectations and staffing mix.
• Integrate India talent into engagements to expand global delivery capabilities.
• Promote alignment and knowledge sharing across Crowe’s geographies and business units.
• Develop workforce planning, dashboards, and executive reporting to enable data-driven decisions.
