Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.

• Advance resource management operating model by defining governance, roles, and standards.
• Lead demand and capacity planning using revenue, backlog, and utilization data.
• Improve utilization and delivery economics with clear metrics and cross-functional collaboration.
• Integrate India talent into engagements to expand global delivery and collaboration.
