Job summary

American Airlines is seeking an Analyst to join the Reservations team in Jackson. You will study day-to-day workload demands, help balance real-time staffing, and support on-time service across our network.

You will create, maintain, and review daily, weekly, and monthly branch reports, analyze agent schedules, and prepare spreadsheets logging reservation data while updating Genesys settings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training.
• Familiarity with E-group of workers and SABRE.
• Reservations experience.
• Analyst experience preferred.
• Strong mathematical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly branch reviews.
• Analyze agent schedules and daily timetable on a daily basis.
• Create spreadsheets for logging reservation data.
• Assess and record overtime/holiday/voluntary unpaid day off (VTO).
• Update ability levels in Genesys.
