Job summary

Amazon's Prime Video Research Services is seeking a Research Operations Manager to own end-to-end survey operations across global markets, from programming to deployment, and to manage panel activities.

You will partner with researchers and data scientists to ensure studies run on time, with high quality, and you will help build AI-powered tools to automate reporting workflows. This is a hands-on role requiring operational excellence and experience with survey platforms and large data sets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience in a research field, including defining scope and timelines, managing stakeholder communication, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years leading quantitative research projects in marketing, entertainment, or related fields.
• Hands‑on experience with survey platforms (Qualtrics, Alchemer).
• Proficiency across research operations: survey programming, recruitment, sampling, quotas, data cleaning, and analysis.
• Experience managing and analyzing large data sets with tools such as Tableau, SPSS, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end survey operations: programming, sampling, deployment, quality assurance, and data processing and delivery
• Lead panel activities across global markets, including recruitment, maintenance, and engagement
• Maintain project timelines, troubleshoot issues, and monitor field progress to keep studies on track
• Enhance operational processes, documentation, and templates through workflows and automations
• Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve research reporting and operational efficiency
