Amazon.com LLC in Seattle, WA is seeking a senior leader to head AI-driven automation across Prime Video. You will own the product, user experience, design, and technology required for state-of-the-art automation, leading engineers, scientists, and product managers on high-impact projects.

Lead a cross-functional team to deliver scalable AI solutions that drive efficiency and strategic outcomes, partnering with senior business and technology leaders to align with financial plans and business

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• 5+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 10+ years of planning, designing, developing and delivering consumer software experience.
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects and development teams in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and lead a new, high-performing organization of software engineers, applied scientists, and product managers.
• Define, own, and drive the long-term vision and technical strategy for AI-driven business automation.
• Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable, robust AI solutions with measurable impact.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to understand challenges, identify automation opportunities, and deliver solutions.
• Drive project execution and operational excellence for mission-critical services.
• Champion best practices and create a culture of simplification and continuous improvement.
• Communicate vision and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop a roadmap tied to business outcomes and financial plans.
