Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a high-impact Quality Leader for the Global Repairs Value Stream. You will own end-to-end manufacturing quality across a globally distributed repairs network, driving zero-defect culture and Lean Operating Method adoption. This is a visibility role spanning shop floor and boardroom leadership.

You will collaborate with Global Supply Chain, Engineering, and Product leaders to elevate KPIs and deploy the GE Vernova Production System across sites worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Significant experience in Quality, Lean, and Supply Chain.
• Operational manufacturing experience and collaborative cross-functional skills.
• English fluency; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build Lean culture anchored on problem-solving across the Repairs Value Stream.
• Fully accountable for end-to-end Repairs Value Stream Quality to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Global Supply Chain, Engineering and Product leaders to improve KPIs across the Repairs Value Stream.
• Support Lean deployment to reduce safety risks, waste, and improve quality and productivity.
• Own and deploy a comprehensive Quality Strategy across the Repairs Value Stream.
