Job summary

TEECOM hires by discipline and uses a structured Discipline Assessment to determine level and title. Project Managers support engineering teams, coordinating schedules, documentation, invoicing, and risk management across multiple engagements.

Senior roles involve greater ownership, process improvements, and mentoring junior PMs. TEECOM covers certification costs and education, and offers a fully remote, international workforce with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or management in professional services, AEC, or technology consulting.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills to keep projects on track across multiple concurrent projects.
• Financial management experience—tracking budgets, profitability, billing, invoicing, and resource forecasting.
• Clear written and verbal communication; flag risks and document decisions.
• Familiarity with PM tools such as Asana or Smartsheet.
• Comfort working closely with technical teams; you don't need to be an engineer.
• Process-oriented and proactive; follow established processes and drive improvements.
• Degree in business, PM, or related field; PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track project schedules and milestones and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate across discipline engineers and support invoicing and fee tracking.
• Flag scope and schedule risks to the Team Lead and keep engagements organized.
• Support multiple concurrent projects and help teams stay on course.
• At senior levels, take ownership of operations and mentor junior PMs.
