Job summary

TEECOM is seeking Technical Project Managers at multiple levels across the US, UK and India. This is a discipline-assessed role where your level is determined by an assessment rather than a single job posting.

You will manage client relationships, oversee technology scope across active projects, and work on-site with construction teams and stakeholders. TEECOM offers remote consulting with travel as needed and salary bands published for each level.

Qualifications

• Technical background in at least one discipline (ICT/Telecom, Security, AV, Wireless) required.
• Experience managing technology consulting or AEC projects through full lifecycle.
• On-site presence required regularly.
• Client-facing ownership and accountability for outcomes.
• Strong financial management across scope, contracts, budgets, schedules, and risk.
• Strong technical communication translating issues across disciplines.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects for a single client or portfolio.
• Four-year engineering or related degree; or equivalent hands-on experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design team coordination, client meetings, construction administration, submittals and RFIs.
• Manage technology scope across active projects with on-site presence.
• Review deliverables for quality and maintain client trust through construction and commissioning.
• Mentor junior TPMs and engineers on senior levels.
• Grow the account and TEECOM's presence with the client.
