Job summary

TEECOM is seeking experienced Project Managers to support internal engineering teams across multiple disciplines. Roles span PM I–PM III, determined by a discipline assessment rather than a single posting.

This fully remote position spans the US, the UK, and India, involving scheduling, documentation, invoicing, and risk management to keep projects on time and on budget. We value proactive, coachable professionals with strong organizational skills and PM tool experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or project management in professional services, AEC, or technology consulting.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills to keep multiple projects on track.
• Experience with budgeting, invoicing, profitability, and resource forecasting.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to document decisions and flag risks.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Smartsheet.
• Comfort working with technical teams and understanding engineering project delivery.
• Process-oriented with proactive mindset; promotes consistency and accountability.
• Degree in business, project management, or related field; or equivalent hands-on experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track project schedules and milestones and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate across discipline engineers and support invoicing and fee tracking.
• Flag scope and schedule risks to Team Lead and keep teams organized across engagements.
• Support multiple Team Leads and contribute to process improvements.
• Help develop junior project managers on the team.
