Job summary

ASU Prep Global Academy is seeking a Partnership Manager of Professional Learning to lead the full lifecycle of professional development for school and district partners, leaders, and educators. You will design, deliver, evaluate, and renew PD programs across Arizona, the United States, and internationally.

You will translate partner goals into customized, outcome-based PD, facilitate sessions in virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats, and drive satisfaction and revenue growth while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Learning Design, Educational Technology or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of K-12 education experience, including classroom teaching.
• 3+ years designing and delivering professional development for educators and school leaders.
• 2+ years in account management, client success or partnership implementation.
• Experience with international or culturally diverse partners is preferred.
• Ability to travel ~20-25% domestically and internationally; US passport required.
• AZ DPS IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary partnership manager for post-sale handoff through delivery, evaluation and renewal.
• Lead discovery conversations to identify needs, goals, audiences and measures of success.
• Scope customized PD solutions and prepare proposals and scopes of work.
• Plan design and coordinate PD implementation plans with timelines and facilitators.
• Collaborate to propose ASU Prep Global products aligned to partner needs.
• Build relationships with superintendents, principals and instructional leaders.
• Maintain Salesforce records and report delivery outcomes and satisfaction.
• Support renewal and expansion through evaluation of PD data and opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution for partner needs.
