Job summary

RS&H, Inc. is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support our Buildings business unit. You will partner with architects, engineers, designers, and project managers to implement BIM and digital delivery workflows across multidisciplinary projects.

The ideal candidate has strong Revit skills, coordinates complex models, and guides teams in BIM standards. This role emphasizes model setup, coordination, and quality control to meet RS&H requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least four years in digital design and Digital Delivery.
• Proficient in Revit for building design coordination.
• Experience with BIM coordination, reviews, or clash-detection.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce and support digital design deliverables using Revit, AutoCAD, Forma, Navisworks, and related Autodesk technologies.
• Plan and implement BIM and Digital Delivery workflows aligned with RS&H standards.
• Support project startup by establishing model configurations, templates, and file structures.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary building models to mitigate conflicts and maintain model integrity.
• Lead federated model reviews and clash-detection activities and track resolutions.
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure deliverables meet codes and client requirements.
• Process survey data, point clouds, GIS, and drone imagery into coordinated design models.
• Troubleshoot complex BIM issues and advise project teams on best practices.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to standardized digital delivery workflows.
