Job summary

Anywhere Real Estate is seeking an International Assignment Consultant II who will remotely manage international relocation projects for clients, coordinating all phases of moves and delivering Cartus services according to standards.

You will maintain data in Cartus systems, support CAD reports, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and revenue opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years customer service experience required.
• Experience with international relocation preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of relevant software (Outlook, Excel).
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an assigned caseload and coordinate all phases of international relocation.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Cartus products and services in interactions.
• Manage CAD reports to ensure service status maintenance and milestones.
• Maintain relationships with internal Cartus teams and external suppliers.
