Job summary

Anywhere Real Estate is seeking an International Assignment Consultant II to support remote international relocation projects. You will act as the primary coordinator across all move phases, applying Cartus processes and tools to ensure timely milestones and client satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2–3 years of customer service experience, and strong communication, Excel, and Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2-3 years customer service experience required.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of relevant software (Outlook, Excel, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Maintain an assigned caseload and serve as single point of coordination for all phases of international relocation.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Cartus products and services in interactions; deliver products/services per standards and policies.
• Manage CAD reports to ensure Service Status Maintenance and move milestones are met.
• Maintain relationships with internal Cartus departments and external suppliers.
• Manage and maintain data within Cartus systems to meet audit requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement in services, processes, and policies.
• Recognize opportunities to generate increased revenue.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
