Job summary

Anywhere Real Estate is seeking an International Assignment Consultant II to support remote-based relocation projects. You will manage caseloads, coordinate all phases of international moves, and apply Cartus products and standards to deliver high-quality service.

The role requires 2-3 years of customer service experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel). Experience living abroad is a plus and there are growth opportunities within a global mobility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2-3 years customer service experience required.
• Experience living or working abroad preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an assigned caseload for international relocation projects.
• Coordinate all phases of relocation per contractual agreements.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Cartus products and deliver accordingly.
• Manage data in Cartus systems to meet audit requirements.
• Identify improvement opportunities in services and policies.
• Promote opportunities to generate increased revenue.
