Anywhere Real Estate, through Cartus, is seeking an International Assignment Consultant II to remotely manage relocation projects for clients worldwide. You will serve as a single point of contact across all phases, coordinating vendors, data, and timelines to ensure smooth moves.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, clear written and verbal communication, and proactive process improvements in a fast-paced, global mobility environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience with international relocation required.
• Experience living or working abroad preferred.
• 2-3 years customer service experience required.
• Demonstrates ability to be proactive and excel in a fast paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software and systems (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Maintain an assigned caseload and coordinate all phases of international relocation.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Cartus products and services and deliver to clients according to standards, programs and policies.
• Manage CAD report to ensure Service Status Maintenance compliance and move milestones.
• Maintain relationships with internal Cartus departments and external suppliers.
• Manage data within Cartus systems to adhere to audit requirements.
• Identify areas of improvement relating to services, processes and policies.
• Identify opportunities to generate increased revenue.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
