Job summary

Anywhere Real Estate Inc. seeks an International Assignment Consultant II to support clients across global relocation programs.

This remote role coordinates all phases of international moves, maintains data in Cartus systems, and acts as the single point of contact for customers. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2–3 years in customer service, and experience with international relocation; living abroad is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Previous experience with international relocation required.
• Experience living or working abroad preferred.
• 2-3 years customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an assigned caseload and coordinate all relocation phases for clients.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Cartus products and deliver services to clients per standards.
• Manage CAD report to ensure Service Status Maintenance and move milestones.
• Maintain relationships with internal Cartus teams and external suppliers.
• Manage and maintain data in Cartus systems to meet audit requirements.
• Identify improvement opportunities in services, processes and policies.
• Recognize opportunities to generate increased revenue.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
