Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager, Reliability to drive asset reliability improvements across a global network of manufacturing sites and distribution centers.

You will lead hands-on reliability deliverables, establish PM optimization, and guide site-level engineers in structured improvement initiatives. The role reports to the Director, Global Reliability within ERA and collaborates with Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related discipline is required.
• 7+ years of reliability/maintenance engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with condition monitoring technologies and CMMS platforms.
• Working knowledge of RCM, FMECA, PM optimization, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability program execution across multiple sites and drive PM optimization and condition monitoring.
• Develop fleet-level strategies and support capital planning for critical assets.
• Coordinate with ERA Automation and OT teams to integrate sensors into the network.
• Coach and develop site Reliability Engineers and maintenance teams.
