Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Senior Director, Facilities Maintenance to lead the maintenance and calibration of equipment across manufacturing, laboratory and warehouse spaces. You will ensure systems remain validated, compliant and operational, supporting drug product filling, inspection, device assembly and packaging.

You will guide cross-functional teams, drive reliability-centered maintenance and manage budgets while preparing for regulatory inspections and audits.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with 15+ years in pharma or MS with 13+ years in facilities maintenance.
• Experience leading maintenance/calibration programs and CMMS systems.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA, ISO 13485 and EU GMP Annex 1.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and calibration for manufacturing, lab and packaging systems.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align maintenance with production schedules.
• Drive reliability and continuous improvement to minimize downtime.
• Monitor KPIs and oversee scheduling, planning and contractor oversight.
• Ensure audit readiness and support regulatory inspections.
