Job summary

GEON Performance Solutions is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager for Regulatory & EHSS to lead global regulatory strategy and drive rapid approvals for new and redesigned products. The role directs regulatory functions across the product life cycle and provides management with critical metrics.

You will mentor plants and cross-functional teams to improve safety systems, sustainability reporting, and regulatory compliance while supporting the EHS Director as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline (Chemicals/Polymers preferred).
• 5 years of regulatory compliance experience in chemicals/polymers or related industries.
• Experience with TSCA, Prop 65, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, UL, FDA and similar areas.
• Strong organizational, communication and project management skills.
• Competency in SAP software systems.
• Experience with Sphera Compliance Software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation of regulatory strategies to expedite product approvals domestically and support international licensing/registration.
• Maintain product approvals and manage notifications, supplements, amendments and yearly reports globally.
• Provide regulatory support through product life cycle and interface with government authorities.
• Monitor worldwide regulatory changes to ensure alignment and proactive response.
• Mentor plant sites and cross-functional teams to improve safety systems and risk reduction.
• Support Environmental, Health and Sustainability reporting and governance.
