Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking an EHS Administrative & Compliance Specialist to ensure regulatory adherence and drive operational excellence.

The role coordinates training, supplier compliance, and budget management, serving as a liaison among the EHS team, leadership, and vendors. Responsibilities include managing contractor compliance, training systems for Greenville Manufacturing, budget oversight, and executing procurement activities in GEARS and Ariba.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in GE Vernova management systems and data handling.
• Excellent communication with leaders and external vendors.
• Strong project management and analytical skills with a drive for process improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or HS Diploma with 5 years EHS experience.

Responsibilities

• Compliance & Supplier Administration - manage onsite contractor compliance via ComplyWorks and coordinate with PMs, EHS, and Sourcing to ensure contractor compliance.
• EHS Training Management - oversee the Greenville EHS Training system for the Manufacturing team; audit training matrix and track role changes.
• Budget & Purchasing Administration - manage the annual EHS budget; handle ARs in GEARS and POs in Ariba; track deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
• Process Improvement - perform RCA on EHS challenges and work with EHS/Facilities to implement improvements to safety and efficiency.
