Job summary

You will manage air emissions, wastewater, waste, and chemical management while driving regulatory reporting and sustainable performance. In this role, you will supervise a three-person team, mentor staff, and partner with plant leadership and regulatory agencies to strengthen compliance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Occupational Safety & Health or related field/experience.
• Experience in manufacturing EHS regulatory programs and audits.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project-management skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental compliance operations across federal, state and local regulations.
• Oversee air emissions, wastewater, stormwater, waste, and chemical management.
• Prepare regulatory reports and maintain EHS records.
• Mentor and develop a three-person team; partner with plant leadership and regulators.
