Jobgether is partnering to recruit a Director, Global Regulatory & Compliance Operations in the United States. The role leads an enterprise-wide compliance program spanning policies, controls, and governance across multiple jurisdictions, including data privacy, anti-corruption, AI governance, and security compliance.

You’ll work with senior leaders to embed compliance into operations and drive audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or related field.
• 10+ years in regulatory compliance, risk, or governance with leadership.
• Experience multi-jurisdictional compliance (NA & India preferred).
• Knowledge of GDPR, PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25, US state privacy laws.
• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001 or similar audits.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve enterprise-wide compliance framework.
• Maintain regulatory obligations register and compliance calendar.
• Lead governance activities and ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
• Oversee global data privacy compliance (GDPR, PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25).
• Develop anti-bribery/anti-corruption policies and controls.
• Establish AI governance policies in response to evolving regs.
• Coordinate audits and attestations (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Collaborate with IT/Security for evidence collection and remediation.
• Standardize responses to customer security assessments and RFPs.
• Implement and monitor compliance training across regions.
