Jobgether is seeking a Product Compliance Counsel for a remote, US-based role. You will navigate EU and US consumer protection, marketing, sanctions, and AI governance across digital products, collaborating with Product, Marketing, and cross-functional teams.

You will monitor regulatory changes, review features, train staff, and help shape internal policies to ensure compliant product development and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification.
• Knowledge of EU and US consumer protection law for digital products.
• Understanding of marketing/advertising compliance in EU and US.
• Familiarity with EU/US digital regulation and AI governance.
• Knowledge of App Store and Google Play guidelines.
• Proficient English and Russian (minimum B2).
• Strong analytical and communication skills; translate legal into practical guidance.
• Attention to detail; proactive in an international, remote environment.
• Interest in digital products and evolving regulatory frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Product Compliance: Review and approve product specifications for websites and mobile apps; participate in audits.
• Marketing Compliance: Review advertising materials and campaigns; advise on consumer protection and claims; support corrective actions.
• Regulatory Monitoring: Track EU/US developments; communicate updates and drive changes.
• Sanctions Compliance: Track sanctions developments; maintain internal policies and controls.
• Compliance Awareness and Training: Develop training and internal guidance; create playbooks.
• AI Compliance and Governance: Review AI-enabled products; assist governance frameworks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product and Marketing to embed compliance in development.
