Job summary

Visa is seeking a senior Regulatory Affairs attorney to coordinate and manage complex regulatory matters across 200 countries and territories. You will report to the Vice President, Global Regulatory Affairs and work with global legal, business, and government affairs teams to advance regulatory objectives.

You will draft regulatory submissions, develop global best practices, and ensure strategies are applied consistently across functions and regions.

Qualifications

• Six years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree and J.D.
• Bar membership in good standing in any U.S. state and licensed to practice in the United States
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with payments, financial services, technology or public policy preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage complex regulatory matters across global operations.
• Draft regulatory submissions and engage with governments, regulators, and policymakers.
• Develop and execute global regulatory positions and strategy.
• Collaborate with global legal, business, and government affairs teams to achieve regulatory objectives.
