Job summary

Piping Rock Health Products, INC is seeking an International Regulatory Coordinator to prepare and analyze technical documents for foreign registration of dietary supplement products. You will assist customers, review product labels for regulatory compliance, and coordinate with International Wholesale, Domestic Regulatory Operations, Graphic Design, and Laboratory departments.

The ideal candidate holds a related bachelor’s degree and has knowledge of international export and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Science, Biology, or related field.
• Knowledge of international export and dietary supplement regulations.
• Excellent communication and detail-oriented with deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a team.

Responsibilities

• Obtains documentation for registration and approval of dietary supplement products internationally.
• Communicates with ingredient suppliers to obtain supporting documentation for registration and export.
• Compiles Product Information Forms (PIFs) detailing product formula information.
• Develops Source and Origin Letters per USDA guidelines.
• Coordinates with Laboratory for Certificates of Analysis (CofA) to accompany shipments.
• Prepares statements and support letters as needed.
• Coordinates requests with International Wholesale department.
• Proofreads international labels and labeling for spelling and grammar.
• Updates and maintains formula manuscripts.
• Provides technical support in response to customer inquiries.
• Assists with domestic Regulatory Operations by developing product formula sheets and proofreading labels.
