Job summary

Cymbiotika is seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Specialist to ensure products meet U.S. and international regulations across supplements, foods, and cosmetics.

You will assess formulas, review labels, and coordinate submissions with Legal, Product Development, and QA teams. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in regulatory affairs, strong FDA knowledge, and proficiency in regulatory documentation with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Regulatory Affairs or Regulatory Compliance experience in dietary supplements, food, cosmetics, or consumer products.
• Strong knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Parts 110, 111, 117, FPLA, FD&C Act, Prop 65, and Health Canada requirements.
• Experience reviewing formulas, ingredients, labels, and claims; excellent cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory compliance for dietary supplements, nutritional products, foods, and cosmetics; review labels, claims, and packaging.
• Coordinate international regulatory submissions and registrations (Health Canada, UAE, UK).
• Develop regulatory SOPs, maintain documentation, and monitor regulatory changes.
