Better Being Co. is seeking an International Product Coordinator to support documentation, change management, registrations, and certifications across the nutraceutical portfolio.

The role collaborates with Product Management, Regulatory, Quality, Sales Operations, and Account Management to ensure accurate, timely project execution and market compliance. The position emphasizes organizing documents, updating labels, and maintaining communication with internal teams to meet distributor and market

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in business, international, legal, administrative, or project coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international product change processes, including label updates and packaging changes.
• Maintain project documentation, task tracking, and stakeholder communication across systems.
• Organize documentation for registrations, approvals, certifications, and market requirements.
• Support cross-functional teams to gather information, route approvals, and meet deadlines.
