Rockline Industries is seeking a forward-thinking Director of Global Regulatory Affairs to lead regulatory strategy across multiple international markets. This role reports to the VP of Global Quality Assurance and oversees a global regulatory team with broad organizational impact.

You will partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, drive product stewardship, and shape sustainability-related compliance programs while navigating complex regulatory environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., Chemistry, Toxicology, Environmental Science, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences)
• 15+ years of Regulatory Affairs experience
• 10+ years of people leadership experience
• Experience with global regulatory agencies
• Experience with EPA registrations (preferred)
• Experience supporting international regulatory requirements (preferred)
• Experience with sustainability and product stewardship programs (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Influence regulatory strategy across multiple global markets
• Support innovation, product development, and commercialization efforts
• Partner directly with executive leadership on strategic business initiatives
• Lead a global regulatory affairs function with broad organizational impact
• Shape compliance, sustainability, and product stewardship strategies that support future growth
• Develop and execute Rockline's global regulatory strategy to support product compliance and growth across international markets
• Lead regulatory reviews for product claims, marketing materials, and labeling
