Job summary

EControls seeks a detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join the Quality & Compliance team. You will help ensure products meet international standards, coordinate third-party audits, and manage certification documentation across multiple product lines.

Responsibilities include supporting UL/CSA processes, coordinating testing for AGA and ECE e4, and maintaining compliance records while enabling smooth internal and external audits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; further engineering/quality coursework preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of regulatory compliance, quality assurance, or certification coordination experience.
• Familiarity with UL, CSA, AGA, and ECE e4 certification processes.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support UL and CSA regulatory compliance efforts and audit coordination.
• Plan and support AGA and ECE e4 testing in line with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain product certification records and documentation in a controlled system; assist audits.
