Job summary

ETC seeks a Compliance Engineer to ensure products meet global regulatory and safety requirements through the development lifecycle. You will support HES and Hog product lines, coordinating with engineering teams and external labs to achieve certifications.

You will interpret regulatory standards, develop testing strategies, and manage compliance documentation while collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with emphasis on regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Experience interpreting regulatory requirements and stakeholder input.
• Familiarity with EMC standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assumes design responsibility for portions of the project and implements improvements.
• Develops test and verification procedures for compliance.
• Coordinates with engineering teams and external labs for testing and certification.
• Maintains compliance documentation and project references.
• Reviews designs to identify compliance issues and mitigate risks.
• Prepares timetables, cost estimates, and resourcing for compliance activities.
• Keeps up-to-date with global regulatory standards for product families.
• Participates in training and works effectively in a team environment.
• Travel may be required to support testing activities and labs.
