Job summary

QuickCruit, Inc. is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist in San Antonio, TX. You will support UL and CSA compliance, coordinate third-party factory audits, and help maintain certification documentation.

In this role, you plan testing for AGA and ECE e4 requirements, liaise with labs and cert bodies, and ensure timely regulatory processes. A background in engineering/regulatory affairs and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Highschool degree required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, or certification coordination.
• Familiarity with UL, CSA, AGA, and ECE e4 certification processes.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• General knowledge of engine components preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Tools – Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience working with engineering design and test standards.
• Proficiency with document control platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• UL and CSA Compliance: Support regulatory compliance efforts related to UL and CSA standards.
• Coordinate third-party factory audits and follow up on corrective actions to address audit findings and resolve variations.
• AGA and ECE e4 Certification: Plan, schedule, and support product testing in alignment with AGA and ECE e4 regulatory requirements.
• Maintain communication with testing laboratories and certification bodies to ensure smooth and timely compliance processes.
• Quality Record Management: Manage and maintain product certification records and compliance documentation in a controlled Quality Record system.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and support internal and external audits.
