Job summary

Osmo is a dynamic fragrance tech company seeking a seasoned regulatory professional to lead interpretation and implementation of global fragrance regulations. You will navigate IFRA, REACH, EU 1223/2009, and FDA/MoCRA across EU, US, UK and APAC/LATAM with independent judgment.

You will also drive regulatory database strategy, advise cross‑functional teams, perform risk assessments, and monitor trends to guide product development decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years in regulatory affairs within fragrance.
• Global regulatory experience across multiple markets (EU/US at minimum).
• Deep knowledge of IFRA, REACH, EU 1223/2009 and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement regulatory requirements for fragrance ingredients and finished products globally.
• Lead regulatory database and documentation strategy for accuracy and structure.
• Advise cross-functional teams on regulatory risk before it becomes a blocker.
• Conduct regulatory risk assessments on materials and formulations.
• Track emerging global regulatory trends and translate to business recommendations.
