Job summary

Osmo is seeking an experienced regulatory professional to own interpretation and implementation of fragrance ingredient and product regulations across global markets. You will resolve complex compliance questions and guide cross-functional teams on regulatory risk before it blocks development.

Responsibilities include leading IFRA compliance, managing regulatory databases, and assessing risks for raw materials, formulations, and finished products.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in regulatory affairs within the fragrance industry
• Global regulatory experience across EU/US and other markets
• Deep knowledge of IFRA, REACH and EU Cosmetic Regulation 1223/2009
• Strong communication to advise cross-functional teams on regulatory risk
• Familiarity with fragrance formulation and raw materials

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement regulatory requirements across global markets (EU, US, UK, APAC, LATAM)
• Drive IFRA compliance and proactive formulation changes
• Lead regulatory database and documentation standards
• Support product development and sourcing with regulatory risk input
• Conduct regulatory risk assessments on materials and finished products
• Respond to customer inquiries with compliant documentation
• Track global regulatory trends and translate them into business actions
