Job summary

Osmo, a regulatory‑focused fragrance company, seeks an experienced regulatory professional to own interpretation and implementation of regulatory requirements for fragrance ingredients and oils across global markets. You will resolve complex questions independently and guide cross‑functional teams on regulatory risk.

The role covers IFRA, REACH, EU Cosmetic Regulation, and FDA/MoCRA across EU, US, UK, and APAC/LATAM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Regulatory Affairs, Toxicology, or related field.
• 8+ years in regulatory affairs within the fragrance industry.
• Global/multi-market regulatory experience across more than one major jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement regulatory requirements for fragrance ingredients and finished products across global markets (EU, US, UK, APAC/LATAM).
• Drive compliance with IFRA standards and anticipate formulation changes ahead of restrictions.
• Lead regulatory database and documentation strategy for accuracy and structure.
• Support product development decisions with regulatory risk assessments for materials and formulations.
• Advise on documentation to satisfy customer-specific regulatory requirements.
• Track global regulatory trends and translate into actionable business recommendations.
• Provide regulatory guidance to cross-functional teams to avoid blockers.
