Electronic Theatre Controls seeks a Regulatory Analyst to monitor regulatory requirements, assess impacts, and support compliance across products and manufacturing operations.

The role requires strong analytical, research, and communication skills, with experience applying complex regulations to practical business contexts. You will work with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and Legal teams to ensure global compliance and safe, reliable products.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years in regulatory compliance, product compliance, manufacturing compliance, or related discipline.
• Working knowledge of domestic and international regulatory requirements affecting products, manufacturing, materials, or supply chains.
• Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to interpret complex regulations and apply requirements in practical business and product environments.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and interpret domestic and international regulations affecting products, materials, manufacturing operations, and supply chain.
• Evaluate proposed and enacted regulatory changes and assess potential impacts.
• Stay informed of emerging regulatory trends and compliance risks that may affect the organization.
• Provide regulatory impact assessments, recommendations, and guidance to business leaders and stakeholders.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining regulatory compliance programs and initiatives.
• Support internal compliance reviews, audits, risk assessments, investigations, and regulatory inquiries.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for product certifications, regulatory submissions, permits, and compliance reporting.
• Coordinate certification renewals and ongoing compliance activities.
• Ensure regulatory records are accurate, complete, current, and readily available for review.
• Develop and maintain compliance dashboards, implementation trackers, metrics, and management reports.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Sales, Service, and Legal teams to support compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
