Job summary

Polixis, a Geneva-based RegTech company, is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to drive commercial growth and refine the go-to-market strategy. You will lead a small sales team and personally close significant deals across Europe and the US.

The ideal candidate will have direct experience in the KYC or RegTech industry, with a strong track record of building sales teams and driving revenue. This role offers flexibility in location and the chance to join an employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Proven senior commercial leader in KYC, AML, or compliance data.
• Experience in developing go-to-market strategies for data-driven companies.
• Track record of closing long, complex enterprise sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the sales team while expanding into new geographies.
• Own and adapt the go-to-market model suitable for a foundational data provider.
• Strengthen the partner and channel ecosystem.
• Codify sales economics into repeatable playbooks.
• Close long-term enterprise sales cycles personally.

Skills

Direct hands-on experience in the RegTech or KYC industry

Building and leading high-performing sales teams

Credibility selling into regulated financial institutions

Strong command of pricing and packaging

Experience scaling revenue across multiple markets

Excellent English language skills
