Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in supply chain management and general sales.
• In-depth knowledge of global logistics and SCS business models.
• Experience in complex B2B negotiations and tender processes.
• Analytical mindset with ability to forecast and manage KPIs.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads to develop LS/SCS opportunity pipeline within the region.
• Build high-level trust with customers by shaping solutions to their pain points.
• Coordinate AMs, CSMs, and Business Units to deliver seamless customer engagements.
• Map competitive landscape and articulate a unique value proposition.
• Design integrated supply chain solutions balancing P&L requirements with long-term goals.
