Job summary

Wix is seeking a driven sales professional to lead and scale a unified commerce referral partnership program in the US. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals and onboarding partners, while aligning with Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Care to create exceptional partner experiences.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, partner enablement, and staying ahead of retail and payments trends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS partnership or sales.
• Industry knowledge in ecommerce, POS or payments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Hunter mentality with track record of meeting revenue goals and partner KPIs.
• Excellent project management and organization to manage a large pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, prospect and close new referral partnership opportunities for unified commerce and POS products.
• Design and execute the global referral partner strategy for unified commerce.
• Build and foster relationships with partners in the North America and UK markets.
• Conduct discovery, presentations with demos to understand partner needs and showcase Wix’s unified commerce capabilities.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation through negotiation, contract and onboarding the referral partner.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care to deliver excellent partner experiences.
