Job summary

Wix is seeking a driven sales professional to lead the Independent Sales Organization (ISO) and Agent partnership program. You will recruit, manage, and grow partner relationships, design strategy, and drive revenue with a focus on North America and the UK.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payments, merchant acquiring, fintech, financial services, or a related industry.
• 2+ years of experience managing or developing ISO and Agent partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of the US merchant acquiring and payment-processing ecosystem.
• Demonstrated experience developing and growing strategic partner relationships.
• Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, and financial skills.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and close new ISO and Agent partners to resell Wix unified commerce and POS products.
• Design and execute the ISO and Agent sales strategy.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle from onboarding to live processing.
• Build relationships with ISO partners in North America and UK markets.
• Develop commercial proposals tailored to ISO models and objectives.
• Negotiate partnership economics, pricing, and incentives.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective ISO partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Care teams.
